The Percell Marc Maynor Memorial Scholarship Foundation

The officers of this foundation consist of the following:
● Founder: Percell Maynor Sr.
● President: Dr. Lenzetta Rolle-Lake
● Vice President: Tandra Nelson
● Treasurer: Susie Brinson
● Secretary: Penny Sullivan
● Assistant Secretary: Stephanie Jordan
● Advisors: Gwendolyn Moore & Gregoire Narcisse

The officers of the foundation are elected by the Board of Directors and hold office until the officer’s successor has been elected, qualified, and moves into a specified position. Only one position is held by each Board of Director member. Dual roles are not allowed. Fortunately, PMMMSF’s board of directors have been diligent with the foundation as well as in their efforts to enhance our youth within the community. Each member is profoundly respected within the community, aiding the needs of our youth. High school applicants are reviewed by the board for scholarship approval annually.
